4th of July weekend!

We went to the Cabin again but this time we went for 4th of July weekend with Davids family, this is our 2nd year going to Heber for the weekend happening for the 4th. They have so much in Heber during the 4th and its so much fun, they have a parade, carnival and awesome fireworks. So here are some pics from our weekend.

Here is Tannon at the Parade on Saturday, we got her, her own chair to sit in this year, which she was excited for.

And our Barrett at the Parade, he had a hard time at the Parade it was way to hot for him.

Everyone watching the Parade my parents were up at my aunts in Snowflake so they decide to come down to Heber for the Saturday events.

Tannon playing some of the games at the Carnival. She had alot of fun with the games and she won a stuffed animal fish and shark and she got tonz of prize tickets so at the end of the day she got to pick tonz of prizes.

After the Carnival everyone went back to the cabin for games, BBQ and to relax before the fireworks.

Here is our happy boy, he is just starting to grab things so he is so fun to play with right now.

And here is our nature girl, she loves to be outside,so thats where she was most of the time outside hiking, throwing rocks and chasing the dogs.

This was Barrett most of the time after the Parade, the sun really did a number on him.

David feed Barrett a marshmallow, he was loving the marshmallow, which is funny cause normally he doesnt like anything but formula.

And time for the Fireworks, this was our first year as a family to watch the fireworks, it was just David, Me, Tannon and Barrett, of course slept the whole time. We had a good time together.

The Fireworks were awesome as always, I tried to take some picture of them but they didnt really turn out.

Well that was our weekend we had alot of fun and did alot of relaxing. I can't wait till next year. I hope everyone had a good 4th!

Cabin Trip

Last weekend we went to the Cabin for a little vacation, we have been super busy and thought it would be nice to relax and have fun. We went up on a Thursday night and came home Sunday afternoon. We had a really fun time, We had Marci and Bubba come up Friday night and leave Saturday later afternoon, we don't hangout with them much so it was nice to hangout with them. Here are some picture of the weekend.

Here is some pictures of Barrett at the Cabin, he is getting so big and he has so many smiles for everyone, he is such a happy boy and I love it!

Barrett trying out his Bumbo, I love these things, they are expensive but they are so worth it. Barrett hates to lay down flat, he has to be sitting straight up most of the time, so the Bumbo comes in nice and handy.

Friday afternoon we went out shooting, we had fun out there, Tannon had fun watching her Dad, of course the guns are too loud so we watch for the inside of the car, David couldn't hear her but she was screaming "Go Dad Go!" in the car. I wasn't planning on shooting but David wanted me try out his gun he had gotten, to see if I liked it, I had fun though.

And this is on Saturday, Bubba and Marci wanted to go shooting so we decided to go out again!

We went to Subway before heading out and Tannon got these cool sunglasses in her kids meal and she wanted a picture of her wearing them.

Marci and I had a contest to see who could shoot the shaving cream can first and I lost but I did win the Apple contest.

and this was when we were getting ready to leave on Sunday. We had alot of fun we also played lots of games, ate yummy food, did some quading and dirt biking, watched Greys anatomy and Tannon and David went out a few hikes. We had a good time!

Busy Weekend

So we had a very busy weekend and it went by way too fast, but here are a few pictures from our busy weekend.

Barrett has been smiling so much and and his personality has really been coming out the past week, so I tried to capture a few pictures this weekend of him smiling, so here are two that I really liked. He is growing so fast.

On Friday Tannon had her first dance recital, David and I were so excited to see her and to see how well she would do up on stage with a whole bunch up people, she really impressed us. We thought for sure she would just stand on stage and not do her dance but she actually did it.

After the recital, we left right after her dance and we took her to Dairy Queen for doing such a great job. I can't wait for her next recital.

Then Sunday we had family in town for Barrett's blessing, I just want to thank everyone for coming and being a part of Barretts special day, Thank you!
